Mixing Instructions

  • Pour 7.0 liters of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food. ​
  • Open a 1.1 kg bag of granita powder and pour into the water while mixing with a wire whisk. ​
  • Keep mixing for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. ​
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes. ​
  • Whisk vigorously before putting into granita machine and freeze down. ​

 

NOTE: Utensils used for preparing granita mixes must not be used to prepare or store other food products​
