Mixing Instructions
Blender
For 16oz/475ml serving: Fill the cup with ice cubes, add water up to ¾ of the cup and pour into a blender. Add 2 scoops (80g) of Aromatic Spiced Chai base. Add 15 -30ml of flavouring syrup. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds* or until smooth. Decorate with whipped cream and toppings. *Blender times will vary depending on blender type used.
Granita / Slush
Add 1kg of Aromatic Spiced Chai base to 5 liters of cold drinking water and stir well using a whisk. Transfer the liquid to a Granita Machine, leave on freeze with the agitation ON and wait until ice crystals have formed. Flavour and decorate as desired.
Hot Application For 8oz/235ml serving: Add 1 scoop (40g) Aromatic Spiced Chai to hot milk and stir until fully dissolved.
Over Ice
For a 16oz/475ml serving: fill cup with ice, add ½ cup of milk and pour into cocktail shaker. Add 1 scoop (40g) of Aromatic Spiced Chai, tightly secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.
