Frosty Whip is a powder blend that turns into an amazing, luscious, and cloud-like whipped cream by just adding water. This whipped cream is perfect for beverage foam toppings, pastry filler, cake frosting and even a mousse. It can be coloured and flavoured to add a pop of excitement and yumminess to various bakery creations.
Cupcake Frosting
Instructions
Choose powder to water ratio depending on desired consistency:
Heavy ( 1 part powder to 1 part water)
Medium (1 part powder to 1.5 part water)
Basic (1 part powder to 2 parts water)
Hydrate powder to a bowl
Whip liquid until desired consistency is achieved
*Can be coloured or flavoured.
Beverage Foam
Ingredients
Frosty Whip Heavy Cream (1:3 ratio)
3 oz cream cheese
1 ½ Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
½ tsp salt for taste
Instructions
For Frosty Whip, use a ratio of 1 part powder to 3 parts water In a bowl, add 3 oz of cream cheese, 3 tbsp of milk and 1 ½ tbsp of Sugar then mix using an electric beater.Add cream cheese mixture and frosty whip mixture in a shaker. Shake vigorously until consistency is smooth. Add foam on top of beverage of choice.
Whipped Cream Frappe Topping
Instructions
1 part powder to 2 or 3 parts water
Hydrate powder with water in container
Transfer liquid mix to Siphon gun
Charge gun and use as desired
