Mixing Instruction

  • Pour 3 litres of cool, clean drinking water into Frosty Boy mixing bucket.​
  • Open a 1.5 kg bag of powder and pour into the water while mixing with a wire whisk. Keepmixing for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. ​
  • Using an electric hand/stick blender, blend for a further 30 seconds until all powder iscompletely dissolved Allow to stand for 10 minutes. ​
  • Whisk vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freeze down. ​
